These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the kb44 platform and all services, games, and transactions carried out under it. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user ("you" or "member") and kb44.

By creating an account on this platform or using any of its services, you agree to all provisions of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Responsible Gaming Policy, along with all related documents.

kb44 reserves the right to change, amend, or update any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such change will be considered your agreement to the new terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use services on kb44. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21. kb44 may request documents to verify age at any time and has the right to suspend an account until verification is complete.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Multiple accounts opened by the same person or family from the same device or network are strictly prohibited. In such cases, all related accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be completely accurate, up to date, and genuine. kb44 reserves the right to permanently close any account where false or misleading information has been provided, and no balance will be refunded in such cases.

3.1 Payment Methods

kb44 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Transactions through any method not listed here are not accepted.

3.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Additional time may be required if identity verification is pending or if a review is needed due to unusual activity.

3.4 Withdrawal Guidelines

Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit, and funds will be sent to the account registered in the member's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Additional verification documents may be requested for suspicious transactions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at kb44 can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. A deposit of ৳32,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, making the total balance ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the deposit and bonus combined). Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳10,000 before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• A member may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the conditions are met.
• Any attempt to claim a bonus using multiple accounts or false information will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.
• kb44 reserves the right to change promotion terms or cancel a promotion at any time.

The kb44 VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

Tier upgrades are based on regular activity and engagement on the platform. Detailed cashback terms are announced separately and are subject to change. Cashback amounts are credited directly to the balance, though separate wagering conditions may apply to cashback.

6.1 Game Rules

Each game on kb44 has its own rules. It is every member's responsibility to read the relevant game-specific rules before starting any game. If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, kb44 reserves the right to make an appropriate decision in that situation.

6.2 Cheating and Bot Use Prohibited

Any form of fraudulent activity, automated software (bots), collusion, exploiting game-specific vulnerabilities, or unfair conduct toward the platform is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited.

6.3 Fair Play

All games on the kb44 platform produce impartial and verifiable outcomes. Each game result is determined through an independent algorithm. Member data is kept secure using SSL encryption and secure connections.

kb44 may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or criminal activity.
• Misuse of the platform or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities.

To close your account at your own request, please contact the support team. In the case of voluntary closure, the existing balance will be returned, excluding any unresolved bonuses.

kb44 makes responsible gaming its top priority. This platform is operated exclusively for those aged 21 and above. Members can set their own betting limits and can opt for self-exclusion if needed.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms are written in Bengali; in the event of any difference between a translation and the original, the original Bengali version will prevail.
